**Job Title: Administrator (Fuel Retail/FMCG)**
Location: DurbanvilleEmployment
Type: 3-Year Contract
We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and flexible individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our team as an Administrator. If you have a passion for finance, operations, and customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, this role may be for you.Key
**Responsibilities**:
- Cash reconciliations and handling creditor queries.
- Stock management and assisting in maintaining store plans and in-store promotions.
- Perform finance-related administrative tasks.
- Assist with operations coordination and compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and DPs.
- Liaise with customers to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- General support across administrative and operational functions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with a focus on Accounting or Business Studies.
- Qualifications (advantageous):
- Certificate in Office Administration, Retail Management, or Bookkeeping.
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or operations.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize.
- Customer-oriented with flexibility in working hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Requirements:
- Must be medically fit and able to work weekends.
- Able to work a shift pattern that includes 2 days off per week (one weekday and one weekend day).
Weekend shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Contract Details:
- Contract Term: 3 years.
- Benefits:
Eligible for a retirement annuity contribution after 1 year of service.
- Reporting Line: Reports to the Operations Manager.
- Team: No direct reports; part of an admin team consisting of 7 members.
Pay: Up to R15 000,00 per month
