**Position**: Senior Marketing Sales Representative
**Location**: Gauteng (National travel when required)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time | Commission + Basic + Incentives

We are looking for **top-performing industry professionals** who can confidently sell **high-value marketing packages** and build long-term client relationships.

**The Role**

We are looking for **a sales closer** — someone already in the **marketing, advertising, or media industry** who can hit the ground running. Your role will be to identify, engage, and close deals with **medium to large businesses** that value professional, results-driven marketing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients.
- Present and sell **customised marketing packages** (retainers and project-based).
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers.
- Track performance and report on sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years B2B sales experience** in the marketing, advertising, or media industry.
- Proven ability to sell to **CEOs, CMOs, and marketing managers**.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing solutions.
- **Existing network** of corporate decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
