- Create tailored solutions for clients based on their shipping and delivery needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure continued service satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to the management team, providing insights on sales progress and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the logistics, courier, or transportation industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of courier and delivery service operations and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client needs creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary and commission structure.
