Position: Sales Representative

Company: General Heavy Marine (Pty)Ltd

Location: Johannesburg

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales to join our team, a leading provider of high-quality forklifts and material solutions.

Duties And Responsibilities: (But not limited to)
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the material handling industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and sell forklift solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide product knowledge and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
- Any other tasks required from Sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience in industrial equipment, forklifts, telehandler, TLB, Tippers is required.
- Full driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
