A Group of accounting firms, based in the Cape Winelands (Paarl, Stellenbosch and Worcester), is looking for an energetic Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to represent there brand. The incumbent will have dual focus: to further increase the visibility of the brand on various platforms; and to attract and recruit trainee accountants for the firms. This job is full of variety and you will need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Improve and maintain the corporate identity and visibility of the association to internal & external stakeholders within the financial arena.
- Monitor and feedback on marketing campaign results with view to improve progressively.
- Maintain up-to-date websites (Wordpress), social media and related platforms.
- Coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications and materials.
- Manage budgets and organise events.
- Build monthly newsletters for each office by using Rocketmailer.
- Running monthly marketing meetings as well as taking minutes and developing an agenda.
- Basic digital graphic design by using Adobe Illustrator

**Minimum requirements**:

- Newly qualified with a qualification in Marketing, PR or related.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Valid SA driver’s license.

**Key skills required**:

- Accurate, personable, presentable and articulate.
- Able to work independent as well as in a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- A creative mind with a lot of enthusiasm.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media.
