We are looking for an **Insights Execution Manager **to create value for clients through driving actionable recommendations from our tools.

You will deliver best in class insights using the breadth of our tools and the best of our data visualization abilities. Utilise the full suite of tools invested in which demonstrate measurable customer-first value creation, supports collaboration between the retailer and the supplier and provides opportunities for growth in market. Standardize approaches and create new project topics to maximize client experience and dunnhumby efficiency. To manage a team of Insights Execution Leads and ensure they each play their respective role in contributing to value creation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Accountability for full utilization by your team of our full of tools for a dedicated set of CPG suite clients within an assigned category. Ensure they are equipped to build strong insights, stories and projects, demonstrating value and driving enhanced usage and renewal of tools
- Forecast future trends based on data analysis and proactively build project offerings based on these
- Drive collaboration with Client Success counterparts to recommend relevant insights for CPGs and optimize projects accordingly.
- Engage the Product and Capability Managers to flag future opportunities and use cases and support build / roll out of these
- Own and drive workplan delivery for all clients ensuring efficient, effective delivery - with high quality, consistently decreasing speed-to-insight.
- Support presenting to most strategic CPG and retail clients on complex / syndicated projects
- To a lead a team of Insights Execution Leads with accountability for their overall client portfolio
- Role model best practice internally for team and drive this across dunnhumby globally
- Champion dh at external events, sharing relevant insights and trends
- Manage risk effectively, provide visible and consistent leadership on our Values and Code of Business Conduct and act where you see issues.
- Protect our team by ensuring they have the skills and all training needed
