**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the structuring, arrangement, and implementation of complex finance transactions.
- Contribute to deal origination and client pitches, including financial analysis and presentation materials.
- Assist in the execution of transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct research, financial modelling, and data analysis to support investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and deliver value-added client outcomes.
- Participate in initiatives that foster team collaboration and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.
- Honours, CIMA, CFA, CA(SA), LLB, or MBA (preferred)

**Experience**
- 6-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Structured Finance, or a related financial services role.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of structured finance products and deal execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical ability.
- Sound knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

SALARIES ARE MARKET RELATED AND COMMENSURATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From R45 000,00 per month

- credit papers/investment proposals/client presentations: 3 years (preferred)
- client/stakeholder management in financial services: 3 years (preferred)
- governance, risk, and compliance in financial transactions: 2 years (preferred)
- investment banking or structured finance: 6 years (required)

License/Certification:

- CIMA, CFA, CA(SA), LLB, or MBA qualification (required)
