**About this role**

As a member of the Data Analytics team, you will develop core skills in communication and storytelling, Business Intelligence through Power BI, and modern data tooling like PySpark, Python (Pandas) and SQL within our AWS environment. With this in mind, you will make an impact from day one by:

- Taking responsibility for the development and maintenance of standard and customized Power BI reports to expand self-service BI within the organization and with our clients
- Taking responsibility for ad-hoc analysis around product usage, costs, and benchmarking
- Assisting with data quality initiatives and transformation of client data into our products
- Contributing to growing our data science area of competence within CCi
- Building an understanding of our AWS data infrastructure to eventually develop and maintain our key data pipelines

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education Level**
- BSc Industrial Engineer, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar

**Experience**
- 1 - 2 years’ work experience
- Demonstrable experience in using analytics to make better business decisions
- Interest in supply chain and manufacturing operations preferable
- An understanding of Agile methodologies preferable

**Specific Skills**
- Experience working with data visualisation tools like Power BI (preferably with DAX understanding) or Tableau
- Experience with data wrangling and data modelling techniques for Business Intelligence
- Some experience or understanding of Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- SQL, Python (Pandas) at an intermediate level (at least 1)
- Pyspark experience preferred
- Some experience in Git, Visual Studio and Jupyter notebooks preferred
- Some hands-on experience in Data Science/Statistics, either through work or demonstrated side projects

**REPORTING LEVELS**

The job holder reports to the Senior Data Analyst

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS AND CHALLENGES**
- Primarily with Data Analytics and internal CCi teams, as well as some occasional client interaction
- Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and prioritize multiple requests from the business
