**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The role will focus on working with stakeholders across the business to build dashboards and turn data into insights for both product and operational teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and determine how data can be used to achieve those goals.
- Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure data accessibility, reliability, and quality for analysis purposes.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and data exploration to uncover hidden insights and opportunities.
- Use SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Leverage Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, to streamline data workflows and enhance analytics infrastructure.
- Champion a data-driven culture, educating and training non-technical team members on data analytics best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously improve our data analytics capabilities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of data governance and data quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a data analyst role, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your ability to turn data into insights.
- Expertise in SQL and experience with database management and data modelling.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Forward-thinking and innovative mindset, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with data science and machine learning tools and techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
