O&m Team Leader

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Health and Safety**
- Toolbox talk
- Ensure Risk Assessment is done prior to starting work.
- Ensure cleaning reports are sent to the Regional Supervisor and relevant reporting groups.
- Ensuring that each person in the work crew is wearing their proper PPE.
- Ensure the work is done safely and all HSE rules and regulations are respected.
- Site inspection to ensure safe work.
- Transport O&M teams to sites.
- Assist O&M Technical Teams whenever requested.
- Safe keeping of company vehicle and tools.
**Performance**
- All work is complete on time as agreed with the site manager.
- Ensure that the work is done to proper standard per drawings and specification and as agreed with the site manager.
- Taking full responsibility for the tools and material that the crew is working with.
- Aim for zero QIR’s in area of work.
- Is able to lead a work crew to ensure work is carried out efficiently.
**Time Keeping and compliance.**
- Arriving at work on time and coming to work every day.
- Compliance to the company’s and to the site’s rules
- Compliance to the senior managers and their instructions
- Ensuring team members are at their work area, ready to work by the set times.
- Submission of ad hoc photos of site showing complete
**Skills**
- Able to write a report when needed.
**Management**
- Each person in the crew knows what they have to do, and they do it properly.
- Promote job satisfaction and upkeep morale within team.
- Ensure good team cohesion.
- Ensure good communication and presentation with client.
