**Job Purpose**:
1. Plan:

- To Monitor and track all shipments locally and internationally.
- To Ensure logistics report and weekly cost analyses report is accurate and sufficient.
- To Lease with Operations on their required delivery times.

2. Coordinate:

- To request quotes and meet deadlines.
- To ensure all courier requirements are met on timeous deliveries and collections.
- To ensure VOC, BV and required inspections are booked and completed on time.
- To ensure Clearing instructions are completed and submitted on time.
- To ensure local collection are collected and delivered on time in line with SOP.

3. Administer:

- General Filling and electronic filling.
- Over and above your duties, it is expected from you to assist other sections within Supply
- Chain to ensure LESA’s efficiency and productivity, within reasonable limits.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Description of the Accountability: Performance Indicators
- Daily consolidated Logistics report and Weekly cost analyses report: Timeously and accurate reporting
- Factory order reporting.
- Local shipment reporting.
- Emission reports local and global.
- Assist with Global Logistics Project Reporting.
- Monitor orders from Suppliers and LE Factories: Up to date track and trace
- Follow up on order acknowledgements.
- Follow up on order deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Close order on sales order report.
- Ensure delivery notes are saved on file and electronically.
- Ensure delivery notes are send to all relevant employees.
- Request quotes for Imports, Exports, Cross trades and local transportation to be approved by manager: Expected Turnaround time on quotations
- Sea, air, courier and road quotations.
- Lease with Operations on their required delivery times:

- Superlink requirements and availability.
- Stock movement from JHB, DBN and CPT warehouses.
- Customer order requirements. (Courier / Air / Road freight)
- Import container deliveries.
- Coordinate all Courier shipments, from collection to final destination: Coordinating timeously and accurately
- Plan and coordinate bookings on my DHL.
- Track and trace shipments.
- Ensure timeously delivery.
- Close delivery with POD and all relevant documentation.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for local Customer delivery: Accurate and timeously deliveries and collections.
- On manager approval book and confirm collection.
- Ensure correct qty is loaded and SOP are actioned for collection/delivery.
- Track and trace shipment to final destination.
- Inform all relevant employees on status of shipment.
- Follow up on shipment delivery and if any damages occur.
- Submit POD and all relevant documentation.
- Report to Quality Manager and line Manager if any damages occurred.
- Arrange and coordinate BV inspections for customers: Administration and coordination on timeously deadlines
- Arrange BV, VOC and other inspections for exports/cross trades.
- Submit all relevant documentation for inspection.
- Submit Certificate on completion.
- Meat deadlines
- Prepare and submit Clearing Instructions for Imports and Exports: Turnaround time on accurate and timeously submissions
- Complete and submit accurate and on time CI to manager for sign off.
- Submit CI to freight forwarders to ensure deadlines are met.
- General Filling and electronic filling: Not only limited to the above
- Shipping document for import, exports and cross trades.
- Logistics Reports
- Emission Reports
- Quotes
- Projects
- Clearing instructions
- Inspection certificates
- Proof of delivery
- Freight forwarders Invoices
- Ensure all freight forwarders following LESA SOP on loading and offloading units: Track and trace of quality and quantity
- Ensure all collections and deliveries meets LESA SOP standards.
- Over and above your duties, it is expected from you to assist other sections within Supply Chain to ensure LESA’s efficiency and productivity, within reasonable limits:

- Consumables
- Stationary
- Printing machines
- Collection or delivery of orders
- Tacking dimension of units/parcels and weight

Not only limited to the above.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
**Logistics Certificate** and or similar.

Diploma advantage

**Experience within Logistics (Quotes, CI, VOC, SADC, BV, Incoterms, Imports, Exports, and courier)**

**Minimum work experience of 18 Months.**
