Johannesburg, South Africa GAAP Point of Sale Full time

GAAP Point of Sale is recruiting a Customer Software Support Consultant. The position is based at our offices in Johannesburg and the successful applicant will be reporting to the National Training Manager or their nominees at GAAP where applicable.

**List of Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:

- Training - On-line, classroom and on-site.
- Software support.
- Technical support.
- Customer service.
- Database management - Menu and Stock Builds along with any associated components as well as Head Office Databases.
- General operational duties assigned as required.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of Food Cost and Accounting.
- Understanding of stock movement within the hospitality sector.
- Restaurant manager experience would be very valuable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Reliable car (Insured for business use before commencement date).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Proficiency on the Gaap Software would highly advantageous.
- Qualification in hospitality or accounting would be highly advantageous.
*Please note that working hours for this position are from 08:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday and and will require working some overtime.
