Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Runner located in Cape Town. The Compliance Runner will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, tracking and maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes. The Compliance Runner will also assist in conducting audits, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support.

**Qualifications**:
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Experience in employee record management and data entry

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
