Sales Performance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven individual for a fast-growing and award-winning OEM. As a Sales Performance Manager, your function is to monitor the dealer network sales and implement targets, forecasts, strategies, and new policies to continuously improve the sales process. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for best practices for customer retention and attraction, be actively involved in product launches, generate reports, and manage dealer audits. You will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in OEM Sales Operations, have substantial knowledge of the motor industry, have excellent leadership skills and a strong analytical mind.
**Job Requirements**
A business degree or diploma (NQF6) is required.
5 years in Sales Operations at OEM Level
Substantial knowledge of the motor industry
Good business and financial acumen
Excellent analytical skills
