Manage and resolve escalated client queries and complaints relating to all Business Unit operations
- Drive internal up selling and marketing initiatives throughout the region
- Write and present Reports, business proposals and prepare tenders
- Monitor client service level agreements and ensure KPI's are met
- Ensure that the appearance and atmosphere of the Business Unit reflects those of an Occupational Health and Safety Training Centre and meets the requirements of the Corporate Client
- Process requests for replacement staff to ensure no delays in service delivery owing to a shortage of resources
- Ensure good housekeeping of Branch and surrounding area
- Ensure skills gaps of employees are identified, measured and addressed together with gaps identified in employee development plans

- Relevant BCom Degree OR National Diploma in Commerce or Safety will be an added advantage
- 7 - 8 years previous experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Sales and Operations background (essential)
- Valid Driver’s License and own reliable Transport
- Willingness to Travel
