**_Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Print all accounts receivable reports and maintain all account receivable files.
- Input data into the SAGE system
- Assist the Financial manager with management accounts.
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts receivable & payable ledger.
- Meet monthly Accounts Receivable & Payable goals.
- Perform Excel reporting on cash receipts/payments and chargeback resolution.
- Provide information to the Finance Manager for accurate cash flow forecasts as required
- Proficient with word, excel, Microsoft Office
- Proposing enhancements to, revising, and implementing accounts receivable & payable policies and procedures
- Ensure billing is updated on a timely basis
- Prepare, report & manage weekly/monthly Debtors & Creditors aging reports to Management.
