**About the Role**

This is an exciting new role at Delta-v. In this position, you’ll use your experience in crafting conversion-focused copy to help develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas for our outbound campaigns. This role offers a path for growth into a Campaign Manager position

It's an opportunity to work with a range of international SaaS and FinTech companies and create compelling messaging that drives conversion. You'll be responsible for:
Campaign Playbook Development
- Research to understand varied clients and industries
- ICP & Buyer persona creation (we'll teach you how to run great client workshops to develop these)
- Outbound campaign messaging development and optimisation

Content Marketing
- Developing and executing Delta-v's internal content strategy, focusing on content such as webinars, podcasts, case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.
- Increasing quality traffic to the Delta-v website that converts into leads (form fills)

**Requirements**:

- Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate
- 2+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech company
- Very strong experience writing conversion focussed B2B copy, combined with a good eye for design
- Experience marketing a high ticket service / product / solution
- Strong interest in the world of Tech, Startups and SaaS
