**Purpose of the role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Yard Supervisor to join our operations team. You will assist in overseeing yard operations, ensuring optimal organization, safety, and efficiency in our product supply processes. You will work closely with the Production Manager to maintain records of stock of product input from production to the stock floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee yard loading, dispatch product
- POD (proof-of-delivery) reconciliation to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate closely with production plants to align stock readiness,
- Allocate machine boards/pallets and prevent bottlenecks.
- Maintain dispatch documentation, delivery notes, and customer communication
- Resolve delivery queries and credit returns.
- Assist in managing daily yard operations, including the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments of

products, and inventory management
- Regular inspections and audits of the yard stock.
- Collaborate with production teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor yard inventory levels, reporting discrepancies.
- Act as a point of contact for problem resolution related to yard operations, escalating issues as necessary to

the Head of Operations.
Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in yard management or a related operational role.
- Strong understanding of the best practices in a yard environment.
- Proficient in inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.
