Auto Pedigree is looking for Administrator: Cashbook for its Head office in the Gauteng Province. This position is an ideal opportunity for someone who is trustworthy and pays attention to detail. The position reports to the Financial Manager.

**Position Overview**:
The purpose of this position is to process accurate cashbook payments, maintain cashbooks and fixed asset registers.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate documentation is received for the payout of cashbook items
- Ensure compliance with company policies as well as regulatory acts (VAT Act) before processing and payout of cashbook items
- Ensure accurate recording of the transaction in the accounting information system
- Daily reconciliation of cashbooks
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- General Ledger recons
- Daily receiving and dispatching of Skynet packages
- Ad-hoc duties

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Experience**:

- Knowledge of excel
- 2 years relevant Finance/Accounting experience - desirable

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Grade 12

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A code 08 unendorsed driver’s license and own transport.
- Computer literate.
