**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop prototypes using DNP nutritional ingredients, conduct stability studies, and contribute to the creation of marketing materials.
- Execute lab tests for feasibility studies, competitive product form evaluation, and customer troubleshooting.
- Perform laboratory tests on small-scale equipment and execute analytical methods such as color measurement, particle size distribution, and viscosity.
- Manage analytical customer requests, including logistics of samples and result management.
- Record and report results, specific observations, and manage prototype and sample inventory.
- Maintain lab equipment inventory, ensure its maintenance, and document all related activities.
- Schedule and perform lab experiments and stability studies, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Apprenticeship in food technology or a comparable field, or a Laboratory Technician diploma is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong time-management and self-organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in result management, documentation (Excel, PowerPoint), and Good Laboratory Practices.
