**FOOD TECHNOLOGY students only who require work experience will be considered.**

Applications are invited for 3 x In-Service Trainees _Food technology students for a period of 12 months:

- Requirements:

- Grade 12/Matric and tertiary records. Must be academically sound.
- Completed all theoretical modules in Food Technology and only need P1 and P2 to graduate.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist and perform routine laboratory Analysis and Quality according to standard procedures
- Report analytical results timeously and capture onto laboratory database thereafter
- Participate actively in laboratory housekeeping (5S) and retention sample rotation.
- Perform sensory/ organoleptic testing on finished products
- Quality management
- Audits Technical support / Troubleshooting
- On the job training Food safety Form sensory/ organoleptic testing on finished products

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R5,000.00 per month
