Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious marketing co-ordinater with a strong marketing

background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to enter the start-up

ecosystem and gain exposure to international companies, specically dealing with

developing and executing tailored marketing strategies, nurturing prospects, and

managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing & Lead Generation:

- Research and identify new accounts and prospects.
- Develop authentic relationships with prospects.
- Manually nurture prospects until they are ready to be passed onto sales.
- Conduct online research to understand the business needs and pain points of

potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales

pipeline.

Marketing Coordinator:

- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies in collaboration with the sales

team.
- Utilize CRM (HubSpot) and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to track

and manage prospecting efforts and pipeline progress.
- Participate in outreach campaign meetings, providing insights and feedback on

the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
- Report on key account management and prospecting activities.

Marketing Activities:

- Coordinate marketing activities and outreach for masterclasses and panel

discussions.
- Create account intelligence reports for founders and business development

managers to use as preparation for conferences
- Align marketing activities to run highly targeted and strategic outreach

campaigns.
- Support founders and business development managers in getting in front of the

right prospects at the right time.

**Experience**:

- Background in account management, customer service, sales development,

market research, or outbound sales.
- Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, building

relationships/communities online and/or conducting marketing-based research.
- Experience using research and prospecting tools.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport

and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage

multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable experimenting with new technologies.
- Procient in using Excel/Google Sheets.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related eld.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
