**Key Responsibilities**:
**New business Development**
Gather market research and market intelligence from the sales force and other sources
Advance resolutions where required technology and product combinations
Responsible for overall reporting to the vendors, including forecasting and sales inventory reports where appropriate
Gather and assimilate business requirements from sales entities in the Group
Participate on product division for new products and go to market strategies
Give input into pricing and margins
**Product Planning**
Examination of technology and business requirements and processes
Market intelligence and research
Input to product marketing and press releases thought leadership
**Channel Management**
Identify suitable channel partners per product
Grow the units channel partners by revenue
Advance technical sales and marketing assistance training for partners
C-level engagement with vendors and channel partners

**Requirements**:
5+ years experience in management or Product Marketing Management
5+ years experience managing a team
Bachelor's commerce degree or MAP/MBA
5+ years of experience in IT networking and/or channel segment
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Skills in preparing budgets and forecasts
Ability to perform market opportunity analysis, size, profitability, and competitor analysis
Excellent teamwork skills
