Business Development Manager

What Youll Do:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities.Collaborate with business unit managers to align proposals and solutions with client needs.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contracts and pricing negotiations.Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies in collaboration with marketing.Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.What Were Looking For:Proven experience selling software development and related services to enterprise clients.Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills able to convey complex technical concepts clearly.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred:Established network and sales experience in Gauteng (Johannesburg, Midrand, Pretoria).Creative approach to meeting customer needs.Based in Midrand, this is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to make a tangible impact in the software services industry.
