Large multinational Heavy industrial company seeks your experience in Remuneration and benefits. Review and analyze employee benefits plans and policies, as well as compensation packages. With your sound experience in remuneration, data analysis, job evaluation, grading and employee benefits administration is essential to the role. Excellent package offered.

**ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- Completed B Comm Finance/ HR Degree or equivalent qualification
- **5 Years’ plus proven work experience** **in remuneration, data analysis, job evaluation, grading and employee benefits administration ESSENTIAL**:

- Can deal with conflict professionally and effectively
- **ADVANCED MS Excel proficiency is ESSENTIAL**:

- **SAP / ERP systems experience is ESSENTIAL**:

- Proven experience negotiating with various stake holders at multiple levels
- Detail-orientated and proactive
- Confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Can work in a demanding environment (must be energetic)
- **Valid SA driver’s license and ID**:

- Applicants currently residing in Mpumalanga preferred but not essential
