**LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (CHEMISTRY) - HEAVY INDUSTRY**

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE **(Please read BEFORE responding)**
- Minimum completed B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry or Honors degree.
- 5 - 8 years’ experience with in a heavy industry Chemistry Laboratory environment
- Excellent planning, organizing and administrative skills are essential.
- Experience with method development, calibration, optimization, validation and analytical problem solving on **XRF, OES or ICP (minimum of 3 years of experience)**.
- **Water and Ferro alloy testing experience is required**:

- **Willing to work standby and overtime - not negotiable**
