As part of our developing Education Services practice, you will design and create training materials to support our complex and large-scale finance transformation projects for renowned companies across the globe. With support from the wider inlumi community - based in 11 countries and three continents - you will be able to make a difference from day one by contributing to both our internal education strategy and that of our clients. as well as strengthening relationships with our internal international teams.

You can be based in one of our offices in London, Johannesburg. Malaga or Utrecht. Occasional travel may be required.

**Your mission**
You will work in a consultative way with our clients and internal teams to design and develop training materials including video and e-learning. Your deliverables will be a key part of the training workstream within larger projects to implement solutions which support financial close, planning, budgeting & forecasting processes. Your day-to-day activities will vary extensively in a fast-moving environment between projects, clients, and colleagues. We offer you the opportunity to deliver, manage and collaborate with team members on our local and international projects.
- Design of education strategies and learning paths
- Design and development of course materials including video and interactive content
- Liaison with external suppliers
- Project management including tracking and reporting

**Requirements**:

- You have several years of experience in the learning and development arena, designing training content for technology-based solutions.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent writing and editorial skills.
- You are skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
- You aspire to build relationships and work in teams.
- You are creative and innovative, capable of working on your own but know when to reach out to colleagues when needed.
- You are self-driven by nature and curious to develop your knowledge and skillset of management consulting and performance management solutions.
- Experience with financial systems and/or EPM solutions, e.g., SAP BPC, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, Hyperion or IBM Cognos is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Experience with video and e-learning development tools is an advantage but not a requirement.
