**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a BSc degree in agronomy, plant pathology, entomology or closely aligned field
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in the agricultural crop protection industry will be required
- Must have experience in Project Management and trials with Plant Protection products.
- Substantial knowledge of Field trials, business and technical aspects of products and crops is important
- Previous experience in working with farmers, agents and dealerships is essential
- Leading Biological and nutritional development strategy and delivering quality, cost effective trials.
- Supporting Marketing with useful Answer plots and demonstration sites.
- Leading the accreditation process in achieving requirements for SANNAS accreditation to conduct GLP residue field trials and GEP efficacy trials.
- Training and assisting field trial teams with regards to ARM and report writing.
- Managing Capex and Operational budget for allocated projects.
- Supporting the General and Area Manager with regards to agreed tasks.
- Suggesting innovative ideas to improve trial quality.
