PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide exceptional levels of customer service, from receipt of enquiry to delivery of product and after-sales service.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales:
Process sales of company products to customer base

Source quotes from suppliers

Prepare official quotations against customer enquiries

Generate Syspro sales orders from customer purchase orders

Expedite production against sales orders

Generate purchase orders for sub-suppliers

Produce delivery documentation and coordinate dispatch arrangements

Actively resolve debtor and creditor queries

Improve or maintain customer service levels

Make product or problem-solving recommendations against customer enquiries

Service all SA branches on costs, quotes & stock codes

**Inherent Requirements**

Grade 12

Certificate/Diploma in Sales - preferable

Negotiating, pricing, sales, quoting and costing

Must have a technical background in reading and understanding drawings and doing calculations

Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office & Syspro

Experience in fluid sealing and fluid control would be advantageous

Experience with expansion joints would be advantageous

Experience in purchasing would be advantageous

Good Communication and time management skills

Initiative and follow through
