My client, with their head office in Techno Park, Stellenbosch, is a group of companies who specialises in the property industry in Africa. They have major dealings in the DRC and is seeking to employ a financial controller who is able to speak french to handle business dealings with their counterparts in the Congo.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Capturing and processing of financial data and supplier information
- Reconciliations of creditors and debtors accounts
- General financial administration
- Filing and document control
- Sending out monthly statements
- Assisting with property administration when required
- Liaising with project managers and quantity surveyors regarding financial matters
- Liaising with finance teams in Africa, specifically in the DRC.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in French
- Relevant financial degree
- Relevant experience in financial administration
- Strong computer skills (Computerised Accounting Systems and Excel)
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Team player with can do attitude
