Easy Roster Payroll Administrator

Primary Function - The Easy Roster Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring continuous business improvement in the way we deliver a service with the aim of increasing both individual and organizational growth.
The Easy Roster Payroll Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent payroll and time management and service delivery to our employees, both internal and external employees. To work with colleagues to improve processes and assist the VIP Team. To deliver a focused service, utilizing planning and ensuring effective employee productivity.
To make sure that people are paid correctly and on time. Performs all activities necessary to process 1 or more payrolls, including maintaining related records and filing documents.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accurate processing and input of monthly payrolls
- Enter payroll records into Easy Roster.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of all systems, products and services
- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of payroll activities and statistics etc. to the Payroll Manager.
- Attend departmental performance meetings.
- Develop working relationships with employees to assist with service delivery.
- Ensure all system and administrative duties are executed daily within the department i.e.
- Capturing of contracts (new)
- Termination of employees when they have resigned or absconded
- Capturing posting sheets and rosters
- follow-up and execution of wage queries, etc.
- Communicate effectively with all Employees.
- Planning and organizing - think ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action for self and others.
- Prioritize and plan activities / payroll sessions taking into account all the relevant factors such as deadlines.
**Requirement**
Min grade 10
PSIRA registered
Advanced skills knowledge on Easy Roster
Good knowledge and experience - Sectorial Determination 6
**Additional**
- Assume other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager and Executive.

**Salary**: From R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
