**An opportunity has become available for a QUALITY SUPERVISOR position to join the Prestige Clothing - Maitland team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive quality control processes and procedures.
- Actively participate in pre-submission sample discussions. (Risk assessments)
- Supervise a team of end-line examiners and line rovers.
- Measure product performance during production to ensure quality control standards are maintained.
- Complete random product inspections at stipulated intervals to maintain quality control standards.
- Ensure line rovers and examiners maintain quality control disciplines in production.
- Ensure that line rovers and examiners maintain a good quality control record-keeping system.
- Support the production line, technically.
- Anticipate potential product quality risks that could cause delays to bulk production.
- Support the style change process to ensure line “changeovers” are smooth and completed in the shortest time possible.
- Ensure downtime is kept to a minimum when quality issues are identified.
- Ensure controls are maintained to reduce rework and reject rates across the production department.
- Maintain team discipline.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 10
- Supervisory experience for 1 or more years
- Clothing industry experience would be advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- Garment construction knowledge
- Microsoft Office Skills Advantageous
- Good contactable references
