Key responsibilities:

- **Supervise workshop staff and daily operations**:

- Manage vehicle servicing, breakdowns, and downtime
- **Ensure quality control and workshop safety compliance**:

- Manage stock, tools and parts procurements and procedures
- **Implementation of new systems**:

- Management of administration such as invoice capturing, stock control
- **Management of policies and procedures**:

- Oversee licensing, trailer inspections, and COFs

**Requirements**:

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on and solution-driven approach
- Knowledge of workshop safety and regulatory compliance
- Stock and tool management experience

Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 5+ years’ experience in a transport or mechanical workshop
- 3+ years in a management role
- Strong technical knowledge of trucks and trailers
- Valid Code EC/EC1 driver’s licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Available for after-hours support when needed
