Workshop Foreman

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education and experience**:

- Qualified Red Seal
- Experience on trailers and tailifts
- Valid Code 14.
- Experience at supervisor level.
- Computer literate - MS office.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Develop and maintain a sound relationship with suppliers.
- Manpower utilization.
- Need to be able to work shifts.
- Medical fit.

**Job specification - Key Performance areas**:

- Oversee and implement the fleet maintenance.
- Manage stock levels and the purchase and replacement parts and equipment.
- Manage performance of a shift or skilled and semiskilled artisans.
- Ensure successful implementation, monitor and management of SHEQ PROCEUDERES.
- Attend to breakdowns and implement maintenance schedules.
- Ensure housekeeping is to standard.
- Monthly toolbox talks.
- Monthly inspection of all workshop tools and technician tools.
- Ensure load testing is done annually.
- Load testing of all workshop tools.
- Ensure timesheets and attendance registers is up to date daily.
- Quality inspections daily.
- Manage job cards and submit for closing of job cards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R26 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervisory: 3 years (preferred)
- Building Trailers: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Red Seal (preferred)
