We are currently seeking a skilled Tax Administrator to join our team. This position is greatly administrative in nature.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, monitor and distribute SARS communication on a daily basis to audit managers/directors
- Create and allocate tasks based on SARS communications/deadlines
- Maintain and modify work in progress lists
- Submit supporting documents to SARS
- Review tax assessments
- Loading payments on e-filing
- Pull/create and distribute income tax/provisional tax lists when applicable
- Pull/create and distribute tax payment lists
- Continuously update details at SARS (bank, address)
- Draft dispute letters to SARS
- Make and attend SARS appointments

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a team
- Able to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Registered tax practitioner is beneficial
- Good SARS, E-filing and tax knowledge necessary
- No remote-working or flexible working hours
- Salary is dependent on qualifications/experience
