A small expanding Financial Accounting, Consulting & Services business is seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join their current Somerset West based team on a permanent basis.
The company currently offers Book Keeping, Accounting, Tax and Consultancy services to wide range of small, medium and large clients based across South Africa.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties and receiving of guests, answering of telephone
- PA duties
- General Office Administration
- Tax Admin & Company Secretarial (Experience will be a bonus)
- Finance data capturing
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification will be an advantage (Certificates, Diploma, etc)
- Previous working experience as an Office Administrator
- Administration experience in a Finance role or firm will be highly desirable
- Advanced computer skills essential
- Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans

- Strong administrative skills
**Salary -** R12k to R16k per month, negotiable and dependant on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
