- As a Digital and Data Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
**Instill a Culture of Innovation**
- Initiate and implement digital and non-digital innovat ion initiatives
- Collaborative problem solving with TMSA, NBE and AFA and MS Branch. Conveys ideas and solutions in a cohesive story and summarises insights
- Devise and implement approach for communicating innovation within TSA Raise innovation awareness for TMSA and NBE
- Assist in implement and innovation and digital journey for the organisation.

**Assist Business Units in identifying and implementing Innovative and Digital Solutions**
- Develop Business Case to determine value-add of proposed digital solutions for the company.
- Contribute to the development of major growth initiatives, help frame innovation and digital projects and assist in the full lifecycle development and implementation of a business framework.
- Develop and implement framework for assessing and analysing effectiveness of individual and combined initiatives on business and make recommendations to management
- Formulate and introduce business operating model changes to drive efficiencies and improve outcome in line with group's digital and innovation strategy
- Ensure that innovation and digital solutions reinforced rather than antagonise each other
- Continuously assess and align innovation efforts with business strategies

**Implement MS Branch Innovation Strategy within TSA**
- Coordinating Group innovation initiatives and challenges within TMSA (e.g. Innovation of the Quarter Challenge, TotalEnergies Startupper Challenge)
- Establishment and coordinate Innovation Steering Committee.
- Devise mechanisms to raise internal awareness and where relevant train users in using Total Innovation and Digital Platforms.
- Identify and establish relationship with strategic partners for the deployment of digital solutions.
- Identify relevant divisions within Group to assist with implementation of digital solutions recommended by the Branch
- Where relevant establish partnerships to provide digital solutions for the business.

- The energy industry continually redefines financial framework in relation to evolving business models and commercial environment.
- The incumbent requires an excellent understanding of all factors that can influence the strategic direction of the company and ensure the impact is incorporated in the company’s future planning and business model to ensure sustainability and improved shareholders value.
- As a Digital and Data Innovation Specialist, ideally you will possess the following:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems Qualifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
- 10+ Years experience in Information Systems Development, Web-based solutions, Implementation Digital solutions Experience in Database Management Systems (DBMS)
- Knowledge Digital platforms, Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) Implementation of projects using proven frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Competencies required: Decision Making. Planning and Organizing, Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking,
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations,
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, Ability to manage service providers through Service Level Agreements
- Knowledge of Power platform environment with solution development experience
