**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing and reviewing claims in line with OEM WPPM and service plan guidelines
- Identifying fraudulent claims and reporting them
- Monitoring and maintaining warranty and service plan documents.
- Keeping up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
- Organizing and maintaining customer and service records
- Maintaining good relationships with dealers
- Ensure timely service plan and warranty payment processing
- Monthly reporting on claims payments and burn rates
- Responsible for warranty cancellations or warning for late or missed services which affects the vehicle’s service plans and warranties-
**Inherent Requirements**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric/Diploma
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Automotive industry experience is advantageous
