Reporting to the Senior Executive you will be required to ensure the effective running of the National Debrief departments. Inclusive but not limited to National POD Management, stock handover process, staff management, document control, incoming document flow optimization, pallet control, damages, destruction of damages, SOP’s, IT optimization of documentation processes, POD scanning, and Debtor’s review.
**Qualifications, skills and experience**:
- Supply Chain Management and/or financial qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience post-degree managing a debrief department on a national basis
- Experience in managing a large team of staff
- Must have own transport
- Fully Vaccinated
- Team player
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Show initiative
**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Training of debriefing departments on a national basis
- Fast and efficient POD turnaround
- Accurate reporting
- Implementing intuitive reports for clients
- Returns to the principle according to SLA’s
- POD management and agent SLA’s
- Scanning of POD’s timeously and passing of credits timeously
- All elements related to reporting in debrief, missing stock reports, driver and registration reports, Cross Dock management of Pod’s and credits.
- Exception reports for stock returns to the warehouse
- Value Adds Implemented: Credit Reasons, stores, drivers and others.
- All credit related investigations and approvals
