**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in training and development / Senior Education
- or Bachelor’s degree in training and development management - design and/or adult education
- BHon degree in training and development management - design and/or adult education (ABET)
- Valid SA driver’s license
- Own reliable transport
- Willing to travel
- 10 years training facilitation, design & development experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years training and development management experience i.t.o:
- Assessment and evaluation of training needs.
- Develop training and development strategies and systems.
- Plan, design, implement and organise training interventions.
- Post training assessment.
- Ongoing monitoring on individual progress and performance.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs - take corrective action.
- Learning methodologies, best practices and latest trends X Reporting - writing and presentation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, modern training techniques i.e. e-learning, online soft skills training approaches, Bridging skills gaps - technical and/or soft skills training, re-skill, upskill.
- National Skills Development Act, SAQA and other registered bodies X i.e AgriSETA
