**Job Summary**: Specializing in Property services, our client is a prominent figure in the real estate environment, working with both Landlords & tenants in South Africa. They pride themselves on their ability to ensure that the properties of their clients are managed efficiently and effectively. Whether its pest control, hygiene, catering, property management, cleaning, parking, or utility management, they do it all. An already impressive client list includes listed funds, public entities, large scale occupiers, private landlords, property developers and educational institutions.

A Regional Manager is sought to join this successful business with the main purpose of running operations for their Hygiene, Pest Control and Landscaping division. As this role will have you reporting to the General Manager, you will serve as part of the Senior Management team. Managing a team, you will be tasked with ensuring the division operates within budget, ensuring client retention, creating new quotations and payment conditions, driving sales, supporting and motivating team members. Other accountabilities include contract adjustments, fleet management, debtors, ensuring that legislations are followed, monthly reporting, managing high level queries as well as implementing and improving processes.

To be considered for this role you will need 5-6 years of experience in property services/ care industry, 3-4 years of proven experience managing a large team and a relevant tertiary qualification. Additionally, you will need a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, experience in an operational management role, extensive experience in risk assessment and site surveying. The successful incumbent will have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. Sound knowledge of SHEQ will be advantageous.
