- Responsible to interpret data and turn it into information that can offer ways to improve our business, thus affecting business decisions and to ensure that accurate data is submitted to our clients
- Required to gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends and deliver to end users accurately, timeously, and in an understandable format
- Transfer of knowledge and understanding of designed reports to the end user
- Deal with clients in a customer-centric manner
- Effective self-management and teamwork
- Develop and design reports in a timely manner and aligned to the clients’ requirements
- Training users on how to effectively utilize sales automation devices to report back on information
- Consulting with Sales Managers daily to ensure we drive the correct behaviour with our sales teams across BLNS
- Testing the system to ensure functionality across all our entire sales force
- Managing costs with regards to sales automation
- Managing sales force call compliance and route lists via sales automation
- Managing sales trackers for our clients and reporting back to clients with accurate information
- EDI-Manage pricing differences, bar code issues and listing issues
- Business intelligence system support function-ensure accurate information

**Qualifications**:

- Post-graduate qualification (advantageous)
- 1-4 years’ experience in Data Analytics
- A high level of mathematical ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Mac Mobile or any other sales automation program experience will be an advantage
- Ability to analyse, model, and interpret data effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Budgeting and forecasting skills
