Our Company is a leading equestrian store offering top-quality products and exceptional customer service to horse enthusiasts.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Shop Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:*
- Manage day-to-day shop operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service.
- Handling administrative tasks.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Maintain high store standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and build loyalty.
- Build relationships with clients and manage inventory.
- Monitor and control stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing sales
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Analize sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the owner/director to set goals, objectives, and strategies
- Setting up at shows and events.

**Requirements**:*
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the equestrian industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem.
- solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast.
- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Passion for the equestrian industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Drivers licence and a vehicle (Bakkie or panel van a bonus)
