**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Based at Gauteng to further strengthen our local Debtors Control team, we are currently seeking a:
**CREDIT CONTROLLER SUPERVISOR - **(_Gauteng, South Africa_)
- Supervising accounts receivable staff, resolving late or skipped payments and updating financial records.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic goals of the accounts receivable department and supporting all branches.

**KEY ACCONTABILITIES**
- Maintain accurate records and control reports
- Refer overdue accounts to collection agency and send follow-ups
- Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates
- Ensure operational criterion is reflected in the accounts receivable functions
- Assist in the financial planning with the help of cash forecasting
- Contribute essential information to adhere to the strategic goals of the company
- Maintain company confidentiality at all times
- Maintain and control monthly rebates
- Resolve problem and identify system improvements
- Ensure service offering provided satisfies customers
- Meet cash and debtor days targets
- Ensure that all transactions are complaint with the company’s policies
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when required by management
- Undertake account reconciliation as required
- Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met by working overtime as and when required
- Prepare to travel.
- Other duties as delegated from time to time by the National Credit Manager

**PROFILE**
- Matric with a Finance Qualification.
- Excellent reconciliation skills.
- Experience: Eight (8) years as a Credit Controller in the FMCG industry.
- Languages: English is a prerequisite with excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Other expertise: Business & result driven, team player, observant, excellent and very accurate with numbers, dynamic and professional attitude.
