Brand and Signage Representative

My client is RandPark Ridge is looking for the following:
As a Brand and Signage Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent representation of the company's brand across various touchpoints, with a primary focus on signage. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to execute branding strategies effectively. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining brand integrity.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Signage Management**:

- Design, produce, and install signage materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of existing signage to ensure consistency and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for signage production and installation.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all signage and visual elements align with the company's brand standards and messaging.
- Conduct regular audits to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop guidelines for signage usage and placement.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing and design teams to translate branding strategies into tangible signage solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in signage projects.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on signage materials and installations to maintain high standards.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to signage and branding.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of signage inventory, expenses, and project documentation.
- Generate reports on signage performance, including metrics such as visibility and effectiveness.
- Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in signage management, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity systems.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and signage production tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to signage installations.
- Portfolio showcasing previous signage projects and design work is a plus.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 per month
