Omni Planner

The Planner III is responsible for mentoring the Merchandise Planning Team, projecting future sales into key categories, and optimizing planning processes. This includes managing range assortments and replenishment, implementing distribution strategies, and providing guidance and support to team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and reporting on the online trade performance for Foschini
- Reviewing and analysing the brands performance across all KPI, i.e. profitability, stock management, Order fulfilment, & promotional performance
- Defining the parameters of the online fulfilment and stock investment strategy
- Merchandise administration: Together with Online Trade Manager ensure that the brands hold a pre-eminent product assortment and enough stock to meet the needs and demand of an online customer.
- Together with the Planning team and Online Trade Manager, ensure a seamless flow of product for online to all OneStock stores.
- Working with the operations admin team to ensure optimal performance across the Onestock stores.
- Working with the Bash partner success team to ensure optimal execution and performance
- Working across the buying and planning teams to managing the online promotional and markdown plans and profitability
- Influencing and implementing the brand's Ecommerce strategy
- Managing website product availability and accuracy
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify new content opportunities and proactively bring ideas and innovation to improve the customer experience and aid conversion.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification
- 2 - 5 years+ proven working experience as a Merchandise Planner
