We are looking for a reliable and energetic **Property Runner** to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important part in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pack and deliver welcome packs to properties before guest arrivals
- Deliver last-minute linen and other essentials as required
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and functionality
- Travel safely and efficiently between properties (company vehicle provided)
- Report maintenance needs or issues to the property management team

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (vehicle provided)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, packing, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management is an advantage
