**Location**:Paarl, Mbekweni

**Duties**:

- Evaluate the performance of staff and train them if required
- Ensures work area is clean and organised
- Handles customer complaints and resolves them effectively
- Responds quickly and practically to emergencies or unexpected problems during the shift
- Motivates employees
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Prior supervisory experience
- English Proficiency
- Numeracy Proficiency
- Computer Literate
- Financial Acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and enjoy working shifts
