We are at the forefront of exciting projects for a variety of clients. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced mechanical BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team.

As a Mechanical BIM Coordinator and Modeller, you will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models using Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processes, enhancing coordination and project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed Revit BIM models using Revit.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the integration and accuracy of BIM data.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
- Provide training and support to team members on Revit and BIM processes.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Revit and BIM technology.
- Provide Revit training and support for in-house architect.
- Support the in-house architect with developing architectural models and plans.
- Support the in-house architect with developing architectural details.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years experience as a BIM Coordinator and Modeller, with a strong focus on Revit.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and BIM standards.
- A Mechanical engineering qualification will be advantageous. (N.Dip, B.Tech, B.Eng)
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software such as Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Experience using Plant 3D will be advantageous.
- Architectural Revit modelling experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
