We are looking for an experienced **Uber Eats & Spar2U Manager** to oversee and grow our retail delivery operations.

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- Proven **management experience**:

- Good administrative experience
- Experience managing staff/teams
- Strong understanding of retail operations (Spar2U experience advantageous)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of Uber Eats and Spar2U services
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor performance, productivity, and customer service standards
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries
- Implement operational improvements and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with retail teams to maintain stock accuracy and workflow
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
